About Willows Rise School

At Willows Rise School, we believe in the power of healing and growth through education. As an independent specialist school dedicated to trauma-informed principles, we create a safe and nurturing environment where every child can thrive. We are an Alternative Provision for students experiencing barriers in mainstream education and a full-time education provider for those unable to access mainstream in any way. For school admission we cater for KS2 and KS3 who are unable to access mainstream school. Any age student can be referred for our AP. Rooted in resilience, growth, and adaptability, our mission is to provide a nurturing educational environment that empowers students to bend with life's challenges while remaining deeply grounded in knowledge and self-awareness. Like the branches of a willow tree, we inspire students to stretch their potential, fostering creativity, strength, and wisdom. Through a culture of compassion and continuous learning, we equip our students with the skills and confidence to thrive and contribute meaningfully to their communities, flourishing in harmony with the world around them.
