We are Will’s Inns, the family business that owns and runs The Falcon Hotel, The Vaults country pub and Don Paddys brasserie. All three are landmarks of Uppingham market square, at the beating heart of this beautiful and vibrant destination town in English Rutland. Since 2004 we’ve been pursuing a passion for hospitality and a mission to serve the people of Uppingham well. Our managing director James Torbell has been part of Wills Inns since the outset, working with the founder, the late Robert Wills, and building a talented team that includes general manager Anjali Prashad and operations manager Lily Weaver. Carol Wills (Robert's wife) continues to play an active role in the day-to-day running of the Falcon. Together our team has more than 100 people, making us one of Uppingham’s biggest employers. All our venues are Grade II listed buildings, each with its own experience to offer: - The Falcon Hotel - a 16th Century coaching inn, with beautifully appointed rooms and a superb restaurant. - The Vaults - a quintessential English pub dating from the 17th century. - Don Paddys - a unique brasserie with a great atmosphere, fine wines and innovative dishes to try. We continue to sustain and improve our venues by putting people first: - providing excellent, friendly service for every customer - building strong relationships with local businesses - looking after our staff and supporting our community - making long-term investments for lasting quality. Through our three venues we deliver a flourishing social and cultural hub for Uppingham, with a varied and inclusive events programme. We work with Discover Rutland and Uppingham First, and we’re proud sponsors and supporters of: Uppingham Town Football and Cricket Clubs, Uppingham Basket Ball and Squash Teams, Stoneygate Rugby Club, Anna’s Hope, Matt Hampson Foundation, Leicester Tiger’s Development Foundation and Hope Against Cancer.
