We plan and support projects from the outset whether it is an initial concept, strategic plan or a tender evaluation and take the information available and combine it with our engineering and construction experience to develop a plan that is clear. We ensure that all interfaces are managed, sequences are aligned and progress is tracked whilst constantly managing to deliver the project in a clear and controlled manner, on time and under budget with a big emphasis on client management, interface and relations. We strongly believe in supporting clients to protect their commercial position by clearly demonstrating the causes of any delays due to third parties. We make sure your cost and project controls are designed so that they answer critical questions about where the project is over or under spending so that action can be taken to mitigate the root causes. We ensure strong change management and PMO Controls are put in place to meet the project’s demands whilst at all times ensuring that the process does not become a blocker to progress. We take ownership of the risks and ensure that they are actively mitigated throughout the project life-cycle, always recognising that information quality and the pace that it communicated between all parties pursuant to the success of the project. We build and maintain systems that connect all the project data and simplify it into actionable insights for every level of the project. We have an extensive network of professional people who can support any type of project, from PMO Leads, QA Personnel, Quantity Surveyors, Schedulers, Health & Safety Professionals, Commissioning Engineers including CQV support, Craft, Site Administrators and Commercial Managers. We have extensive experience across the Pharmaceutical, Data Center, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Manufacturing and Commercial Sectors.
