We manage properties all over the Greater Orlando area including Orange, Seminole, Lake, and Volusia Counties. We have 38 years of experience in the industry advocating for property owners and managing investors' properties with reliability. By establishing long-term relationships with Owners, Vendors, and Residents, we guarantee that your property will run smoother and provide more financial stability. Our mission is to be a respected leader in the Property Management profession by maintaining a reputation of excellence, keeping the owner's interests at heart and providing our clients and residents with an exceptional experience. Our team is our best company asset. In an industry with an average 1-3 year staff turnover, we are proud to say that the majority of our team members have been with us for 15 years or more. Our senior property manager has worked with us for 20 years! Our Broker is a charter member of the National Association of Residential Property Management (NARPM), an organization that exists to elevate the property management industry through professional development, advocacy, and community. Wilson Management Group participates actively with this organization, and focuses on legislative efforts with NARPM, personally meeting with legislators and representatives annually in Washington, DC and in Tallahassee, FL advocating for property owners' rights. Our favorite stories from our long-standing community presence relate to former residents, some of whom become vendors for us, that ultimately become homeowners, then landlords, and then ask us to manage their investment assets for them.
