Wilson Management Inc. is a Bellevue based Property Management Company in business since 1982. We manage multiple types of real estate; commercial office/retail, apartments, and single family. In the past we have also managed marinas, mini storage and mobile home parks. Because we are a small boutique Company, we provide exceptional personal service to all clients unlike large companies with multiple management levels. All of our staff knows about everything happening at your property. We utilize a state of the art cloud accounting system, Appfolio, which is also capable of managing work orders and marketing. We have a proven list of vendors which provide us with competitive pricing and quick response to all problems that arise. We are capable of all types of project management, such as apartment unit rehab, re-roofing, exterior paint, public area remodeling, and landscaping. Many of our clients have been with us for 10, 20 , 30, and even 40 years creating very consistant management and stability for your property.
