Southeast by Way of the West Richard Wilson founded Wilson Structural Consultants, Inc. over 20 years ago as a one person firm in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Today, we are a full service structural engineering firm that takes pride in always going the extra mile to be pro-active members of the design team. Family Business Results Focused Starting with a variety of contract employees over 20 years ago, our one-person structural engineering firm completed a number of large and small projects in Colorado and Florida. As demand surged in the Florida market, Wilson Structural relocated its headquarters to Sarasota, Florida in late 1998 and still operates from there today. Promptly following relocation, management began adding the key personnel who would eventually form the nucleus of a rapidly growing structural engineering firm. The team was rounded out by Rich's wife Beth Wilson and his son Anthony Wilson, PE, who make up principle management. As our knowledge base and roster of talent continue to strengthen further, so does the complexity of our projects and our ability to provide unparalleled levels of service to our clients. Today, Wilson Structural Consultants is one of the largest structural engineering firms in the area, with an exceptional reputation state-wide.
