About Wimao Recycling Technologies

We provide unique patented technology for recycling mixed plastic waste and other hard-to-recycle waste streams. Our company was established in 2016 to commercialize the patented production technology. In 2018, after careful product and process development, our first production plant became operational in the Kukkuroinmäki area in Lappeenranta, where we also work in close collaboration with (waste management company) Etelä-Karjalan Jätehuolto Oy. Our business areas: TECHNOLOGY and PRODUCTS. TECHNOLOGY Our operations include the project deliveries and licensing of the production technology. Our technology delivery includes equipment for the entire process from raw material treatment to the production of final products. Our technology provides the possibility to recycle raw material fractions that are difficult or even impossible to utilize using other technologies. PRODUCTS We provide composite products that are manufactured at our own production plants. All our products are made of our own ecological composite, Wemix®. Recycled plastic and various recycled fibres are used as the raw material of our composite products. We are looking for collaboration partners with whom we could develop products and components or whose existing products we could modify into ecological composite products.
