Accounting & Business Specialists trading since 1993 until March 2012 as Winchester Business & Accounting Services Limited. Based at Wessex Way, Colden Common Winchester we have clients throughout Hampshire and beyond. We are a team of 15 with 8 fully qualified accountants. We bring a very professional, experienced and modern approach to our work with our clients with a refreshingly friendly and open approach to the work we conduct. Our client base covers most industry sectors and our offering falls into 3 main models. The Traditional model where we offer the traditional accounting services, year end accounts preparation and support to our clients throughout the year - these maybe limited companies LLPs partnerships or sole traders. We offer tax advice and planning support with VAT and payroll and a fair approach to our fees. The Department model is where we will become the Complete Accounts Department for small to medium sized firms - the Management Accounting Department where sales and purchase ledger remains on site and we add our expertise to the team - the Payroll Department - running payrolls from 1 employee to 200 employees paid weekly and the Company Secretarial Department taking care of all statutory filing and reporting. and finally the Business Partnership model where we are able to offer seamless support in the areas of HR, Pensions and Personal Financial Planning and our FD service for companies.
