I offer a variety of approaches that include evidence-based therapy practices to create an ideal counseling style tailored to you. For some people, this may mean meeting for an early morning hike or a midday stroll in a park. For others, it may mean sitting on a park bench or even in their own living room to discuss their lives. I offer animal-assisted and adventure/recreational therapy options as well–it’s up to you! My goal is to make therapy accessible and comfortable for all of my clients.
