Welcome to Wine Salon Les Demoiselles – the first French wine salon in Ginza. Situated between French fashion icons, Dior and Louis Vuitton, Les Demoiselles specializes in Champagnes and unique wines from the South of France. Our luxurious wine salon welcomes you into an elegant interior replete with plush velvet, sumptuous leather, smooth stone and glass. A palette of cool slates interspersed with vibrant vermillion creates a modern yet timeless aesthetic. The convivial space features a six-seater bar and an intimate private room that can comfortably accommodate four to five guests. The Salon is the perfect place to relax with friends or host your exclusive gatherings and VIPs. Les Demoiselles is helmed by owner and sommelier, Vincent Ramey, who is pleased to share his 25 years of wine knowledge and expertise, and guide guests through our exceptional collection of labels. Vincent has curated a selection of small dishes paired with wines for guests’ enjoyment. The Salon also serves superior-quality Caspian beluga caviar. Wines are served in beautiful hand-blown glasses which, like our namesake “Les Demoiselles”, celebrates “the ladies” and brings the feel of true luxury to the fingertips.
