I was a sports lawyer, chasing an Ironman dream between boardrooms and international travel while starting a family. What started as a personal challenge became something more. A method. A movement. A coaching system now used by executives in over 15 countries. As the Founder of Wingman Multisport, I guide high-performers, Execs, Founders, Leaders and busy parents. I help them complete Ironman and Half-Ironman without burning down their careers, families and social circles.
