We are proud to offer a custom designed shared kitchen space based on our years of personal experience operating in commissary and restaurant kitchens. We have thought through the details to ensure the kitchen is versatile for all types of food companies, providing ample prep and cook space. Location Ideally situated just North of Airport Boulevard on Springdale Road, and approximately 2-miles from Mueller, RPM Kitchens provides easy access to several Austin thorofares, providing our members better and quicker options to all areas of Austin. RPM Kitchens is part of the Springdale General complex. Springdale General’s vision is to build a community of makers and creatives. The complex will host 500+ employees from more than 20 companies. Our members will have the opportunity to cater to these companies and their employees, both through our counter service space and traditional catering. The counter service space will serve into Building 1, which has a food hall setup and is expected to be heavily trafficked by both the Springdale General community and the general public. Strategic Partnerships As previously mentioned, RPM Kitchens is situated in Springdale General. Our primary investor, Notley Ventures has a major stake in the entire complex and operates The Center for Social Innovation on-site, which comprises of 25 nonprofits and impact focused tenants. RPM Kitchens members will have priority access and marketing opportunities to these tenants, CSI programmed events, as well as catering for Meet at Relay, the 5,050 SF meeting space, and conference and event catering at Relay Co-working, the ~11,000 SF co-working space situated on the second floor of Building 1.
