Established in 1975, Winner Engineering Pte Ltd has grown into one of Singapore’s most reputable mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering contractors, delivering high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective solutions across the built environment. To meet industry demands, we expanded our operations—first in 2002 to a 6,628 sqft facility at 38 Woodlands Industrial Park E1, and later in 2013 to our current 12,000 sqft premises at 18 Woodlands Industrial Park E1, supported by a 7,000 sqft compound. The facility includes an in-house dormitory, enhanced workshop fabrication, and expanded office space for our growing team. From fewer than 20 employees, Winner Engineering has grown into a team of over 100 skilled professionals. Our in-house teams manage duct fabrication and installation, chilled water systems, electrical engineering, and maintenance services. In October 2019, Winner Engineering became part of Exeo Global, the overseas headquarters of Kyowa Exeo Corporation, Japan. This strategic acquisition strengthened our capabilities through access to Exeo’s global expertise, resources, and technology. As the industry embraces Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) and Prefab MEP solutions, Winner Engineering is at the forefront of this transformation. We are a Tier 2 Prefabricated MEP Manufacturer under the BCA–STAS Accreditation Scheme, underscoring our commitment to quality, safety, and innovation. Our DfMA department leads the design, coordination, and production of prefabricated MEP systems—enhancing productivity, safety, and build quality while reducing on-site manpower and timelines.
