I make here in Yorkshire good old fashioned ready to eat ,homemade , handmade produce from fresh ingredients with no additives or artificial ingredients including:award winning beetroot relish (won best local product in the 'Flavours of Herriot awards in 2017 and supplied to the Sky TV crew of the Tours de France and Yorkshire ), autumn fruit chutney ( was in the finals of @flavours of herriot awards in 2019), caramelised red onion marmalade, gluten free beetroot relish, apricot jam, apricot and rosemary jam, damson jam, damsongin jam , lemon , lime , orange and ginger marmalades, seville orange , maramagin ( seville orange marmalade with gin) and other seasonal products all made from fresh ingredients. I pick the damsons from trees from the top of Sutton Bank near Thirsk. I am a local one person business and buy from local suppliers . All my products are vegan with a gluten free product. They relate to the culture and food identity of this area I make them in and to my own family values and heritage . They make a lovely gift as hamper of either two jars or three for special occasions, a thank you or a gentle useful reminder to say I am thinking of you. My labels are plastic free as far as possible and the jars are recycable. Even Boris and Carrie and Rishi had a hamper as a gift during local down to keep their energy up. I normally sell on the markets and shows in North Yorkshire but these have obviously faded into a memory and foot fall is poor.
