At Winning Strength, we’re on a mission to help coaches and athletes achieve next-level results. All our methods, products and services are built on science and experience-based methodology. Founded by UK Strongman Tom Hibbert in 2009, "Winning Strength" has developed from simply one local strength gym to become an internationally-recognised authority in the strength community, with athletes and coaches all around the world. Our various businesses provide athletes and coaches the opportunity to better themselves. Whether they want to get stronger, compete in strength sports or coach athletes of this calibre - the Winning Strength group has the platforms and services to make it happen. Winning Strength Online offers coaching education in the form of the Winning Strength Certification, workshops, virtual consultations and online resources. It also houses the online coaching section of the business. Winning Strength Southampton is our HQ and where the Winning Strength name was founded. It is where the team is still based and where we get our best ideas! Winning Strength Blueprint is fitness programming software developed in-house to enable strength coaches to improve their coaching abilities and become more efficient when programming for clients.
