About Winters Property Management DAC
Winters Property Management DAC was established in 1997 and is one of the largest Property Services Providers in Ireland. We currently have 46 staff operating from five offices managing property assets from Limerick to Athlone and Donegal. Our Facilities and Estate Management arm has in excess of 7,500 commercial and residential units under our estate management. Commercial properties under management include Knock Airport Business Park, Oranmore Business Park, Hynes Yard Building and the Centrepoint Centre. While our Letting Division has over 600 properties leased and directly managed across the West of Ireland. We are the largest private Student Accommodation Managers in the country and we directly manage and oversee the operations of over 3,000 student beds in 7 sites across the country. Over the last eighteen months we have consulted on existing and planned student developments in Galway, Dublin, Sligo, Letterkenny, Cork, Tralee and Limerick with a total bedcount in excess of 6,000. Our Valuation and Sales arm is the fastest growing in the West of Ireland. We have a team of RICS registered property valuers. Our ability to provide potential investors with accurate and up to date figures relating to the operating costs and potential yields from any commercial/residential property is a major factor in us achieving consistently above average sale prices.
