Winthill Engineering is a bespoke metalwork specialist based in rural Worcestershire. We are a dynamic company driven by a passion to create high-quality, design-led items. We have built an enviable reputation amongst designers, architects and landscape architects for producing bespoke pieces which look striking and work mechanically and structurally too. Founded by our engineering director, Tom Blakeman, we employ a skilled team of metalwork and design specialists. Together, we relish a creative and technical challenge and offer our clients a complete service from design through to installation. This can be taken from architect’s drawings, an initial sketch or supporting the client through conception. We operate nationally and across a wide range of sectors including architectural, construction, industrial, agricultural, and quarrying. At the workshop in Suckley, Worcestershire, the team produces modern and traditional items in a variety of metals including all grades of stainless steel, mild steel, weathered steel (Corten), abrasion-resistant steel (Hardox®), aluminium, brass, cast iron and other ferrous metals. To enhance the performance and aesthetic qualities of the metalwork, Winthill offers several finishing options ranging from raw steel hot wax which produces a modern industrial finish, to a powder coated, galvanised, wet-sprayed, or shot blasted finish.
