About Wise Mind Counseling
My speciality is helping people struggling to find balance and effective ways of coping with emotions and stress. I primarily work with teens & adults with harmful coping behaviors, personality disorders/BPD, self-harm, substance use, mood disorders, anxiety and trauma. I also have a subspecialty in perinatal mental health including during postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, pregnancy, loss and PPD in spouses. Dialectical Behavior Therapy has been my primary mode of therapy for the past 7 years in individual and group settings. I have almost 15 years of experience working in the field of mental health in many different settings & roles. I also utilize CBT and Motivational Interviewing.
