Nicole and Diane had a dream of increasing access to quality mental health care in Saratoga County, and handpicked amazing therapists with a similar vision to create the practice we have today. Now, With Grace Mental Health Counseling helps people of all ages, and with diverse problems. Our staff represent almost every facet of human emotional health. Our team has family therapists, couples specialists, trauma therapists, maternal mental health therapists, Christian counselors, addictions specialists and grief counselors. We realize that no two people are the same and as such tailor therapy to meet the specific needs of our clients. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression or any other issue, we will help you recognize underlying problems, fully realize your strengths and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things in a different, healthier way.
