Within Reach OT provides specialized, in-home occupational therapy for infants to young children. Our personalized, one-on-one sessions use creative and engaging techniques to support essential developmental milestones in the comfort of your child’s environment. With a focus on sensory development and early intervention, we promote optimal growth and prevent future sensory-motor disorders, ensuring that each child’s unique needs are met with a compassionate and professional touch. Barbara (Barb) Cheuvront, OTR/L, CLC, is the heart and soul of Within Reach OT. With a deep understanding of early childhood development and a mother’s instinct for nurturing, Barb is dedicated to helping infants and young children thrive. As a licensed and certified occupational therapist with over six years of experience, she brings a unique blend of professional expertise and personal passion to her practice. Barb’s journey in occupational therapy is backed by a robust educational background and a wealth of professional experience. She is currently pursuing a Post-Professional Occupational Therapy Doctorate at Marymount University, holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Mercy University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from East Stroudsburg University. Her professional certifications include: - Licensed Occupational Therapist in NJ and NY - Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) - National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) - Certificate in Ayres Sensory Integration (CASI) (In Progress)
