Let’s get things out in the open first. This business at this point in time is just me, Dr Gaby Wolferink. So I’m not going to write it as if there are many, many people working at WithinSight. There is no ‘we’, although, who knows, there might be in the future. No ‘our mission’, or ‘we provide’. I’ll change it when that won’t be a bit of misleading phrasing anymore. My mission is to help organisations transform themselves by championing a bottom-up approach to improving business processes, digital skills, and leadership. I am committed to working hands-on with front-line staff to identify and address pain points, challenges, and opportunities, fostering transparency, honesty, and kindness. I partner with leaders who prioritise sustainable business practices and seek to (re)design organisations that prioritise the well-being of both their staff and customers. I envision a future where organisations are built around humans, creating long-lasting teams and embracing a less hierarchical, and more inclusive, and empathetic approach to leadership. I believe in combining hands-on experience with research to provide clients with valuable insights and practical solutions at the same time as delivering direct value. By working closely with front-line staff and using my skills in ethnographic research and process analysis, I gain a deep understanding of my clients' challenges and opportunities. This allows me to provide immediate value while also setting the foundation for longer-term projects that drive sustainable change.
