About WithIt.org

WithIt is the network in the home & furnishings industry for women at all stages of their careers to learn, grow and succeed. Founded in 1997, our mission is to encourage leadership, mentoring, education and networking opportunities for professional women in the home and furnishings industry. Our vision is to empower and inspire industry women, in all stages of their careers, to lead, embrace challenges, succeed and pursue their aspirations with passion and confidence. Our members encompass all aspects of the furniture, furnishings, interior design, bedding, lighting and accessories as well as businesses which supply and service these sectors. WithIt has more than 650 members. * 29% of out members are senior executives or higher. * Our members have 4 year degrees. Many have post graduate degrees. * Our members rate networking as the number one benefit followed closely by leadership development. * Our annual conference is rated #1 by our attendees over other conferences they attend. * 10% of our members are students. * Recognition of women in our industries is valued by all members. * Our members recognize that WithIt is a strong voice in the industry.
