WLH Tax is a boutique Tax Investigations practice. The only service we provide is assisting individuals, companies and offshore structures in dealing with HMRC Investigations. We have extensive experience dealing with HMRC Investigations and we regularly deal with Tax Inspectors within HMRC’s Specialist Investigations and Local Compliance Fraud teams. At WLH Tax we specialise in the whole range of tax investigations from voluntary disclosures and those conducted at local office level right through to cases of serious tax fraud and tax evasion under HMRC’s Code of Practice 9 (COP9) – Contractual Disclosure Facility. We also provide VAT Inspection advice and specialise in VAT Fraud cases. Our people have worked in Tax Investigations teams at ‘Big 4’ accountancy firms, niche tax investigations practices and within HMRC as Tax Inspectors.
