As such, wm+a services are provided to children, youth and adults with a complexity of needs and circumstances and who may be diagnosed with: ASD/autism, Developmental Exceptionalities, ADD, FASD, ABI, emotional and mental health disorders including significant behavioural challenges. Ranging from specialized respite supports, life/social skills development to crisis intervention and management, our services are delivered at the location specific to that individual; home, school, day program, residential program, or hospital throughout GTA, York, Peel, Halton, and Durham regions as well as the greater Hamilton area. From the successes achieved by our clients across the past 15 years, our team has grown to include over 350 associates and ABA therapists. With a service philosophy based on Applied Behaviour Analysis and evidence based practices, our AlphaBee team is at the cutting edge of both academic thinking and service coordination. In collaboration with community agencies and families, wm+a continues to expand our specialized support to our community. Understanding the needs of our community is a key factor; at the request of many customers we are expanding the breadth of our behaviourally-based service to include Senior Complex Care.
