About Wobble

Wobble is a seated exercise class for anyone who has limited mobility and cannot stand for the duration of a standing class. It is choreographed to music so that it is fun and engaging while helping to maintain and improve coordination. Wobble has been designed by a fitness professional and a physiotherapist to ensure that it encompasses the elements needed to maintain strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Our training programme has been endorsed by EMD UK allowing fitness instructors, health professionals and activity coordinators to learn the theory and practical elements of the class in order to run their own classes in their local area. The course is online with full access to the choreography and support from Sarah and Rebecca. There are no on-going costs.
