We are a group of professionals, peers, and interested community members who are dedicated to building unique and innovative approaches. We aim to provide intervention that helps create well being for children and their families. Our focus is on utilizing community and culture as a source of support and healing. A small agency provides the opportunity and flexibility to provide services in any setting and context. We believe that this serves the unique and individual needs and circumstances of those we have the privilege to work beside. We have collective expertise and successes in the fields of mental health, behavioral health, behavioral intervention, educational intervention, child welfare, wraparound, peer networks, parenting collaborations, skills development and cultural collaboration. This provides the foundation for creative collaboration. We use an integrated developmental approach related to working with temperament, genetics, templates created by personal experiences and relationships, and physical health often referred to as interpersonal neurobiology. Our manner is to have a sensitive approach with those we have the privilege to work with. We work to provide safe and reciprocal communication and intervention, while also promoting spontaneous engagement towards healthy and progressive development and post- traumatic growth.
