About Women Everywhere Believe

As young women of color, we pride ourselves on being able to create meaningful relationships with the populations we serve. In order to ensure we are having the greatest impact, we create solutions to issues by using a grass-roots approach to solving problems. We build partnerships not only on the national level, but also with community leaders, businesses, and schools. Furthermore, WEBelieve creates the infrastructure needed to ensure success by building an extensive network of supporters, mentors, and advocates. Lastly, we target girls and young women at transitional periods in their life when they need assistance the most and therefore have the ability to change their trajectory. Through this approach, we create preventive rather than reactive measures to address the realities of inequity.
