About Women in Automotive
Women in Automotive (WinA) was established in 1999 by the Victorian Automobile Chamber of Commerce (VACC) and is now independently run by three women entrenched in the automotive world, Rachel Reed Butler, Nadine Armstrong and Kate Peck. Women in Automotive provides a platform to recruit, celebrate and support women and non binary in the automotive industry in Australia. It is free to become a member! To this day, WinA's priority is to raise the profile of women at all levels and sectors of the industry, along with providing mentoring and scholarship opportunities for women to advance their careers.
