" Founded in 2020 on a voluntary basis we now launch as a commercial business with the same good intentions of supporting the industry in all aspects of relocation to the Island, support with pre and post relocation, Schools and College outreach programs, Mentoring and leadership programs. Executive search and our "commitment to Industry" recruitment support and of course our full calendar of social networking, speaker events and super facility tours/opens days of our local partners. We are committed to help closing the gender gap within Aviation whilst working on solutions to the skills shortage that we face as an Island and industry.
