About Women in Aviation Mid-West Region
An industry led initiative has been created to try and bring women, who are working in aviation, together in the Mid West of Ireland. We all network in different ways, and women need to find specific approaches, within their organisations, which will work for them. To kick start this process, we grouped together to organise a gathering for those working in the aviation industry at all levels. Who's interested and who wants to get involved? On International Women’s Day – Wednesday 8th March 2023, we planned our first event for women to come together and discuss what they feel is missing, or needed – or perhaps what they have seen in other countries - which will help empower them in their professional life. There is no template for this and all ideas and suggestions will be heard and discussed. We look forward to meeting with you!
