About Women in Business TCNJ
Women in Business (WIB) is an organization that strives to promote gender equality in the work place and in the business school. Our goal is to attract, promote, support, educate, and develop TCNJ students who are interested in how to make the work place a better place. We plan to achieve this goal through school outreaches, on-campus events, encouragement, peer mentoring, collaborative projects, and similar activities. Being a minority in our field, we as members will welcome anyone who shares our goals and commitment to recruiting and promoting women in business.
