Women in Finance @ Lehman College is a student-led initiative dedicated to empowering, supporting, and inspiring women to excel in the financial industry. We provide a platform where women lead conversations in finance, gain access to professional development resources, and connect with a powerful network of peers, alumni, and industry leaders. Our mission goes beyond networking — we’re here to rewrite the playbook for gender equity in finance through bold advocacy, data-driven storytelling, and innovative programming. From skill-building workshops and mentorship opportunities to public advocacy campaigns and cross-campus collaborations, we are building a pipeline that takes women from the classroom to the boardroom.
