Women Mentoring Women in Engineering (WMWE) is a student-led organization at the University of Texas at Dallas dedicated to fostering meaningful, long-term mentorships between female engineering professionals and undergraduate women in engineering. Founded in 2016, WMWE bridges the gap between academia and industry by creating opportunities for students to gain guidance, support, and inspiration from accomplished mentors in STEM fields.
