Women Of Our Time (WOOT) is our global community specifically for women which arose from our desire to create real change in the gender landscape and to help one million women have the freedom to breathe. This is the guiding purpose that drives the values of our consultancy. A community to provide a place where like-minded women, of any age, background, experience, roles, and sectors can find help, support, inspiration, confidence, knowledge, and fun. It will have no boundaries on who it is for, it’s for Women of our time! Our aim is to create an environment where you can be who you are and find out who you want to become.A community that harnesses the core power of all women and the common challenges we face but recognises that we all have a different story and no one size solution fits all. We have created our community to provide an independent service that offers information, advice, and guidance on issues that members are “stuck” with. The products give people the knowledge and confidence they need to find their way forward - whoever they are, and whatever their problem.” The aim is to ensure that individuals thrive and do not suffer through lack of knowledge of their rights and responsibilities or of the services available to them, or through an inability to express their needs effectively Our products aren’t just about giving you a new voice; rather, it’s about building your confidence to rediscover and use the voice you already have. It’s about empowering. you to make the choices you want. It’s about helping you to connect with your own stories and experience to find your inner strength. Using our own experience of operating in the male dominated world, the work we are doing with a large range of companies and our ground breaking research we have developed a range of products, our equivalent of the well-established EAP that is specifically for women and our WOOT community.
