About Women's Voice in Action

Women's Voice in Action is the non-governmental women's community working to advance womenʼs voices in social, political, economic life, promoting the women’s leadership, female entrepreneurship, education, and mental health to achieve women's empowerment, diversity & inclusion. We cooperate with government representatives, international organizations, business associations, public figures and experts from Europe, the USA, and Ukraine. Currently, about 2,500 women have joined us, among them: ✦ founders of women's public organizations ✦ leaders and influencers of international associations ✦ female business owners and entrepreneurs ✦ political figures working to women's empowerment ✦ women's leadership mentors, ambassadors, and donors Our key projects: 🌐 Economic Recovery during War and Post-War Period ↳ Building a democratic society; combating corruption; creating an environment conducive to private investments. ↳ Collaboration with state institutions and international organizations including legislative reforms and fostering an investment-friendly climate. 🌐 Women-Led Business Development ↳ Full-cycle educational programs within the Women's University WVA world. ↳ Establishment of enterprises; involvement of women in managerial decisions. ↳ Mentoring and attracting private investments to women-led businesses. 🌐 Mental Health and Personal Development ↳ Creating local women's communities in various cities in Ukraine and Europe. ↳ Promoting socialization for forcibly displaced women; fostering development of private businesses led by women. ↳ Initiatives for emotional literacy, including an educational programs. We aim to not only sustain our current capabilities but expand our reach and impact, creating a lasting positive change in the communities we serve.
