About Womeness Community

Womeness - (n). A Womeness embodies strength, resilience, and the desire to cultivate growth within herself, as well as the world around her. A Womeness is not only strong but is also kind, compassionate, and open to different ideas and perspectives. We are a female focused non-profit that creates inclusive opportunities for women to live their boldest, most enriched lives through mindfulness, movement, and community impact. We are focused on creating bridges between women to break down barriers and bridge the divide so we can better form authentic relationships and work together for a greater cause. Community Community is the root of everything we do. We seek to contribute to our communities and provide opportunities for others to be a part of something bigger than themselves. This includes: Organizing activities with proceeds going to non-profits and those in need. Offering accessible donation based classes and workshops. As well as partnering with other women and organizations whose visions and values align with the mission and values of Womeness Community. Motivation Through Movement There is power in movement, especially when we move together. This includes the physical movement of our bodies and our ideas. When we combine inspiration with movement, we are more likely to be motivated towards the idea that we are capable of strength amidst adversity and denying power to our limitations. We offer this through movement based classes and our signature event, Motivation Through Movement ™. Mindfulness Mindfulness connects us together and generates the energy and power to drive our vision forward. A healthy, strong mind is the greatest resource towards the path to empowerment. Limitless potential lies in the mindset that one is capable of anything. We believe empowering women to support and expand each other’s potential allows us to better serve our communities, ourselves, and our future generations.
