On-Site: We are a full-service machine shop staffed with expert welders and fabricators. Wood’s Machine Service is outfitted with CNC Mills, Lathes, and a state of the art Plasma Cutting Table, as well as cutting edge Laser Scanning capabilities. Off-Site: Wood's Machine Service offers complete quality assurance personnel, capable of in-plant sorting on all quality issues with as little as 20-minute notice, we are where you need us when you need us. Wood’s is staffed with a highly experienced crew, with an extensive track record of sorting large volumes of product to meet the most demanding of timelines. At Wood’s Machine, we pride ourselves on going above and beyond what the job necessitates, to ensure your success. We sort over one million parts annually. Some of the Services We Offer Include: Containment Launch support On-site problem solving Re-work and repair sorting Leak testing via a wide variety of methods 24-hr on-call service and Technical Support All jobs are managed by 24hr on-site supervisors. Scanning technology utilizing the latest technology On-site machining of parts to blueprint specifications Product inspection/measurements via all metric gauges to ensure parts are in-spec On-Location: Wood's Machine Service offers a fleet of 40-ton cranes and lift-trucks available for rental with experienced operators, for setting: trusses, air condition units, steel beam erection, and more. (Also available with an optional personnel bucket for pressure washing steeples and signage, as well as any other vertical needs that necessitate elevated man-power.)
