Woods Street Partners is a boutique advisory firm recently established to assist clients design, negotiate and implement strategies, programs and projects. We bring a unique perspective and deep understanding of how project delivery works and the need to form a collaborative high performing team where both internal resources and external advisers work together to develop, challenge, test and then deliver the best strategies. We thrive on solving challenging problems and helping to capitalise on time sensitive opportunities. We have come directly from leading the design and delivery of the 2017 South Australian Energy Plan and the implementation of the current South Australian Government’s 2018 energy solution. This work has seen the safe, on time and on budget delivery of: - the world’s largest battery - Hornsdale Power Reserve - 276MW of new electricity generation, - design and implementation of the $150m Renewable Technology Fund - then support for the 20 successful projects across SA - design and implementation of the $100m Home Battery Scheme, - design and implementation of the $50m Grid Scale Storage Fund and - procurement of the government's electricity supply All of which focussed on providing South Australians with cleaner, more affordable, reliable and secure electricity.
