Over 25 years corporate experience as an executive assistant in marketing and advertising. Left to form Woodshar Professional Services (WPS) in 2004. Now a virtual administrator and web designer with a focus on social media and search engine optimizing. My primary client base is small businesses looking to outsource these functions. I build and maintain websites and implement search engine optimizing. I also handle social media marketing for busy entrepreneurs so they can focus on growing their business. I counsel businesses on the best ways to utilize social media for their particular field and help them to implement their campaigns. Some companies just want to know what to do - others want me to do it all so they can concentrate on their core business. Additionally, anything an administrative assistant can do, I can do virtually. OK, maybe I can't change the ink in your printer or restock the paper for you, but pretty much anything else I can handle. Client correspondence; database management; designing and printing newsletters, fliers and books; assisting with research; and copy writing; are just some of the tasks I handle.
