We are a full service family owned restoration company for commercial buildings and office spaces. Our services include: wood restoration, commercial painting, pressure washing, and grout renewal. Woodtech offers the finest in restoration services to help your property look its best. Wood Restoration • Damage Repair: We clean the surface and remove light scratches. We fill the deeper scratches with epoxy then stain and finish the repair to match the surrounding wood. This returns the finish of your doors, furniture, paneling, and elevator cabs, to “like new”. • Conference tables and furniture: We remove white spots and light scratches with a high speed buffer and graduated buffing compounds. This brings back the shine and luster the table had when new. • Refinishing: When the finish is too far gone to restore, refinishing can give you the “new” look and feel again at a fraction of the cost of replacement. We strip to the bare wood, repair as necessary, seal, stain, and finish with four coats of spray pre-catalyzed lacquer. Additional Restoration Services • Painting: We offer electrostatic, brush, and roller painting, for sheetrock and metal surfaces. We sand away all the rust and imperfections, prime, and then coat all surfaces with industrial grade paint. Metal surfaces such as elevator doors and frames will receive an electrostatic coating that rivals automotive finishes. Light poles and parking deck rails are also a specialty. • Grout renewal: Grout renewal is an excellent way to improve the appearance of tile floors at a fraction of the cost of grout replacement. There is very little down time and often the facility can be used the next day. • Pressure washing: Pressure washing with or without bleach is available for sidewalks, parking decks, and other ground level or elevated exterior surfaces.
