About WordBender Media
WordBender Media was birthed in 2016, by way of Veganphoria, a blog created to document Andre & Veronica Jones’ journey into veganism. Veganphorias’ goal was/is to build and maintain a support community for people living a vegan lifestyle within urban communities. That community has allowed us to meet and work with some really awesome small business owners! As the blog continued to grow we began digging deeper into the nuances of social media marketing and copywriting. In route to pinpointing the void between small business owners and their audience, we vetted through data, industry news and incorporated basic human psychology. With those findings, we went to work, testing theories on our own audience. The result was more engagement. We then implemented our framework on another profile for more validation. From this test we witnessed engagement grew 3% in less than a month. In that moment, WordBender Media emerged!
