About Words Worth Repeating
Words Worth Repeating is a unique book creation business. It was created with the idea that kids can benefit from hearing important information in words they can understand. In addition, they benefit from getting information from people they know and trust. WWR books give families words to talk about hard things. WWR books start important conversations. WWR books have a variety of uses. In the same way that kids remember their favorite stories from TV shows and storybooks, children can understand a health condition of a loved one or remember a loved one who has died. Kids can take a book about their own condition to school to share with their teacher or class. Kids can develop pride in their own resilience, as a result of something hard they have experienced. It's not just books, it's a service. Words Worth Repeating helps families through a process of determining what things they would like to be in a customized book. WWR then creates the text of the book in words that communicate these important things in a non-threatening, easy to understand way. These books can be used in a large variety of situations including, but not limited to, a child's medical condition or new diagnosis, a medical condition or new diagnosis of their loved one, or the death of a loved one. Words Worth Repeating also creates books to help children know family members that they never got to meet. Words Worth Repeating also works with schools, clinics, and organizations to develop books that meet the needs of the children they serve, creating tools that are universal in regards to family dynamics, cultures, and races. Some of these books are available for purchase on WWR's website.
