About Work Our Way Productions
Work our Way Productions started as an idea in 2019, months before the pandemic, when founder Allie Delury and her husband were living in Australia. After quitting their U.S. jobs and moving out of their Colorado home, they moved to Melbourne to participate in a program called Workaway - an exchange program that offers international travelers free accommodation in exchange for work. Unfortunately, they were paired up with an individual who treated them poorly, and after weeks of unethical and toxic work, they opted to buy a van and pursue the two things they loved most - comedy and content creation. From there, they started the Work Our Way podcast - a nod to the program that motivated them to pursue their passion on their own terms. Since then, Work Our Way has grown into a full-scale production company that specializes in short and long-form documentary storytelling.
