It is a powerful tool for specialty leasing and local leasing Corporate Managers, Leasing Reps and merchant/tenants. work.letter (Beta) Our newest web app, work.letter is a lightweight mobile Retail Delivery Checklist. Users can create construction lease exhibits, Exhibit B and/or Exhibit C lease abstracts in less than 2 minutes while managing a portfolio of centers or projects. The simple and easy to use mobile app tracks the status of retail space delivery and turn-over requirements within 5 categories containing 24 deliverables common to most retail spaces.
