Work & Think has developed curricula in critical thinking, analytical reasoning and decision making that are used globally, as well as psychometric assessments used globally. Work & Think can custom design pre-post assessments to measure program outcomes; self-efficacy scales to measure participant self-confidence gains; standardized tests to measure competence regarding a body of knowledge; interviews, focus groups, and other types of qualitative research; employee engagement surveys; and survey research to develop a new body of knowledge, such as a competency model.
