About Work & Trust

Work & Trust Services began with a vision to transform the cleaning services industry by building lasting partnerships between our team and clients. Our company, Work & Trust, with the motto “we work, you trust,” was proudly founded in January 2020. Our Founder & President, Guilherme Diniz, brought years of hands-on experience as a cleaner, janitor, supervisor, and state director for some of the top facility service companies in the market. His goal has been to offer a more personalized and professional service to new clients, addressing issues he observed in the industry while preserving and enhancing the high standards he developed over the years. Our first year presented unique challenges, as we launched during the COVID-19 pandemic, which shaped our company’s approach in numerous ways. Navigating a sector deeply impacted by the pandemic, we implemented procedures to keep our clients’ facilities clean, disinfected, and safe—allowing businesses to continue operating in those critical times. We served a diverse range of clients, including supermarkets, pharmacies, department stores, office buildings, event venues, warehouses, industrial facilities, factories, and construction sites. Across every sector, we remain committed to delivering quality, safety, and trust in every service.
