About Work+Workplace

Work+Workplace (aka W+WP) makes work better. We improve the work lives of our individual clients and the results they get for the organizations for whom they work. We do this by helping individuals find (or create) work that more closely aligns their passion and purpose with what they do every day. We help people – people like you – choose their work intentionally. And, when it’s time to transition, we help them make the most of it to ensure their next step is a step in the right direction – their direction. We help organizations get results through an honest, intentional and effectively expressed organizational culture; a culture that reflects, supports and builds the organization’s market-facing brand. In short, we help organizations actually be what they say they want to be. To us, organizational culture embodies the way things get done in an organization, the way people are treated and establishes a criteria of sorts for the people who are most likely to thrive and contribute to the organization. Yes, we fashion ourselves as creative and visionary but we are first pragmatists. We are committed to getting real results for real people. While we have some proven processes and considerable experience that guides our work, we don’t force every client into the same mold.
