About Workforce Resilience
Workforce Resilience’s (WR) owner and Managing Director, Scott Harris, spent 26 years working in law enforcement before realising that he could do greater good for the community through building closer and longer-term partnerships with organisations and businesses, rather than simply turning up, providing a quick fix, and moving onto the next problem as a police officer. WR was founded in 2015 on the principle of ‘service to others’ and has grown to provide innovative professional consulting and training services to retailers and service industries across Australia and New Zealand. With offices in Brisbane and Christchurch, Scott is surrounded by a fantastic team of Australian and New Zealand safety and security experts, many of whom started their careers in policing in Australia and New Zealand before joining WR. Passionate about helping to keep your team and customers safe and secure, the WR team is committed to partnering with clients to deliver tailored safety, security, and risk solutions that are squarely aimed at achieving your most important outcome…ensuring that team and customers are safe in your workplace, and that your team gets to go home safely from work. Now in its tenth year of serving organisations across all sectors and industries, WR’s experienced team members shared values of empathy, respect, and kindness are demonstrated in every single client engagement, whether during ‘Dealing with Conflict, Aggression, and Violence’ communications training sessions with our retail and other customer facing clients, or simply when working closely with organisations to deliver best practice security, health, and safety solutions. WR is dedicated to helping all Australian and New Zealand businesses to develop a consistent, contemporary, and best practice approach to safety and security.
