Workforce Skills Support are a leading construction training provider, we provide support to our clients to identify and develop skills solutions across the construction sector and other allied industries. We believe that developing the skills of workers in the construction industry is crucial to the health of the UK economy. We work with construction companies to help them improve skills, increase their competitive edge and respond to the many challenges employers face. Workforce Skills Support has CITB Approved Training Organisation (ATO) status. We are recognised by CITB as well as the British construction industry as a training provider who can deliver quality training that meets the industry approved standards. We are part of the CITB's automated grant payments system, making it easier for employers to book courses with us for their workers and be reimbursed for it. we can provide advice and support in relation to the CITB or Apprenticeship levy, as well as other government funded initiatives. Workforce Skills Support is an NVQ provider delivering Construction NVQ's from Level 1 to 7 nationwide. Our NVQs are recognised by Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS), Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS), National Plant Operators Registration Scheme (NPORS), Asbestos Control and Abatement Division (ACAD) Asbestos Removal Contractors Association (ARCA),Certificate of Competence of Demolition Operatives (CCDO) the leading skills certification schemes within the UK construction industry. Workforce Skills Support also offer various Health and Safety topics as well as Fire Risk Assessments and other various tailored closed courses. We are also a NPORS accredited centre. We cover NPORS across a multitude of sectors and issue construction specific cards bearing the CSCS logo. We also partner with selected training partners to offer a range of accredited training courses nationwide to support workforce development including CPCS, PASMA, IPAF etc.
