Working Wise is the only Health and Safety company that goes across 4 areas - online systems, consultancy, training, and wellbeing. We work with All of Government, Education Sector, Aged Care Sector, Healthcare, Small Business Owners and Large Complex Organisations. WHAT WE DO: The main solution we provide is our health and safety system called GOSH. GOSH is a cloud-based tool which provides organisations with a robust way to manage health and safety and report, track and monitor health and safety activity. Within GOSH we offer a measurements framework to help organisation identify how effective their health and safety system is (health and safety metrics). Our GOSH system is easy to use and affordable. We also offer configurations in the system for specific sectors that meet their needs. We work with the clients to help set-up and implement the system into their workplace, and provide training on how to use the system efficiently. Working Wise also provide health and safety consultancy and reviews, health and safety training and workshops around Engaging Leaders and Unacceptable Behavior, and well being services e.g. workstation assessments, health monitoring and pre-employment health checks.
